Join us for a unique dining experience.

Support our mentees' international experiences, learn about our upcoming Son of a Saint x Ghana experience, and enjoy a delicious meal from an up-and-coming Black-owned restaurant, Addis NOLA.

In order to further enrich the lives of our boys through unique experiences, Son of a Saint is opening our newly-renovated home (and our kitchen) to Chef Prince Lobo of Addis NOLA. Chef Prince will be taking a break from preparing his delicious Ethiopian cuisine to curate and prepare a multi-course West African meal featuring dishes similar to those our boys will enjoy during their 11 days in Ghana. Chef Prince will not only guide us through this culinary journey, but share with us the impact travel had on his life and how it helped to shape the man he is today. We will hear similar stories from several Son of a Saint mentees who traveled to Ghana with Son of a Saint in 2019. This truly unique dinner and cocktail pairing will be capped to the first 50 people who register.

Son of a Saint in Ghana

In November of 2022, Son of a Saint is once again taking (20) mentees and (3) staff chaperones on an 11-day, fully immersive trip experience to Ghana. Mentees will participate in cultural experiences, community service projects, outdoor adventures, and will learn about the history and tradition of Ghana. Experiences in diverse places such as Ghana, New York City, Washington DC, and other cities  expand the boundaries of the world our mentees know and open their minds to new ideas and opportunities.  For this we thank you for your interest in perpetuating these experiences.

In fall 2019, Son of a Saint took a group of mentees on a travel experience to Ghana, Africa. The trip changed their world views and had a long-lasting impact on their life outlooks. We captured this experience in a powerful 4-part mini-series. Take a look at the trailer and click the link below to experience the complete webisodes.
